Comparable Data New Construction
Is it a USPAP Violation for an Apprasier to obtain sales/property data from a builder to use as a comparable sale when completing an appraisal on a new construction assignment.
Fannie Mae's selling guide states it is acceptable to them but I cannot find anything definitive regarding if this is USPAP compliant.
